Fallen Over Book Reviews

I believe I enjoyed this book more than the first one in a way. The characters really seem to have grown a whole lot more. With Rage Within we get to see how life was for each of the characters before the Baggers came and now three months after the earthquake has hit. We still have the 5 P.O.V.'s and for me it still worked. We finally get to meet a character though he doesn't have his own chapter it is more along the lines of he is in the chapter of Mason's where you can tell he is up to no good.

There is action and we finally get to see the humans fight back in some way before it was a lot of running and hiding. Even though in this book they are still hiding they are learning that they need to start fighting back or all will be lost. 

Aries is still a strong leader and has a lot going on around her. How she keeps going without losing her mind I have no clue but she does it well. 

They end up losing people, having people trick them and then a surprise person is saved at the end. I thought all hope was lost on this character as he was okay with being left behind. 

We are introduced to new characters that come into the lives of Micheal, Aries, Mason, and Clementine, we also get a few chapters of the mysterious p.o.v. Nothing. 

Also with this story we get to learn a bit more about how people have turned into the baggers but there is still some mystery surrounding it.

I think the only issue I had with the book was the love triangle or square going on. Aries in book one had feelings for Jack, now she loves Jack like a brother. Aries also has feelings for Mason and Daniel until something happens between her and Daniel. 

Also what happened to have have Joy and Jack have a relationship? I feel in stories that are suppose to be the end of the world if you are going to have romance or crushes happening then you have to have them go throughout the story you just can not have them pop in out of the blue. It leaves you wondering when did the affections start. 

Overall enjoyable book I found myself reading non stop with this one, I hope there is a book three as I want to know what is going to happen with Mr. Leon and the baggers. Will Mason succumb to the darkness or see the light? What is up with Aries being on the radar of the baggers?

So many questions that I need book three.
