Children's Reviews: Alessia Moves House

Alessia Moves House - Nieves Barretto, Lou Silluzio

We received this book to give an honest review.

I think that children who would be moving or have moved should read this story. I know that when children move to a new house at first it is all fun then when you get ready to actually move it becomes scary. You start wondering how the new school will be, or the new house and what about your friends? With Alessia she is getting to move into a new house and she will be leaving friends and school behind her parents do a really nice job of telling her the good things about moving to  eases her fears. The illustrations were nicely down and very colorful. K thought the story was fine with him, and he said he hopes he never has to move and leave his friends behind. He thought the pictures were nice.
