NetGalley Review: Little Boy Blue
I received this book via NetGalley to give an honest review.
I have fallen in love with Helen Grace since book one. The only book I have not read was book two which was Pop Goes The Weasel.
Each book is a stand alone and this one is no different. Yes it all goes together but you won't be lost if you haven't read the other books though I highly recommend it so you can understand the characters and the way they are a bit better,
When this book ended I literally went WHAT? NO!!!!!! Grrr and then closed my kindle. I was done. Now I have to get my hands on book 6 when it is released because man oh man I need to find out what happens to Helen now.
In Little Boy Blue Helen's past is coming to the fore front of it all, and it won't end too pretty for her no matter what she says or does.
That pesky reporter drives me crazy because she is willing to do anything to bring Helen down no matter if she knows the true story or not. It is like she has it out for her!
While Helen tries to help solve the case she also has two of her workers Sanderson and Charlie trying to prove who should be working number two beside her.
So much goes on within this book that is so hard to put down it is a very addicting book! The author does a great job with hooking us readers in and not letting us go.
If you haven't read this series yet I highly recommend you do it. It has everything to make a perfect storyline. You got a darn good plot, mystery, an amazing and not perfect D.I., nothing is picture perfect, the characters are rememberable.
