Children's Review: 50 Minecraft books in one book
We received this book give an honest review.
This review is only for part of the book we stopped reading after a while.
What we did read it seemed like there is some adventure there and that is good. You don't want to read a boring book that has no adventure.
So I knew K would have to enjoy this book because it deals with Minecraft. We got about 200 or so pages into it I can't tell you exactly the number of pages because there are no page numbers, but K started losing interest. I think because the chapters were long and it wasn't really keeping him engaged.
I think the author would probably do better at maybe breaking the book up into small chapter books. That way you don't get the feeling of being overwhelmed by so many stories.
I think that those that enjoy Minecraft might actually really love the book and the many stories within it. For us the main thing was that it was too long to sit and read with my 10 year old.
The reason I gave it three stars and not two like I planned because I do see potential with this book.
